Gear Review: Meat°It Wireless Thermometer | Standing Rib Roast | Prime Rib



We’re testing out the Meat It wireless bluetooth thermometer and using it to monitor the internal temp of a seven bone standing rib roast. This roast was dry aged for 60 days and cost a fortune so we wanted to make sure we nailed the temperatures right.
