Homemade Smoked Meatballs

We’re making homemade meatballs in the Bradley vertical smoker from scratch. Quick and easy to make and these were honestly one of my top five favorite cooks on our channel. So freakin’ delicious, juicy, tender, easy to make and they packed a TON of flavor.

► Get a cup of bread crumbs soaking in a cup of milk
► Add 1 lbs of ground beef and 1 lbs of ground pork to a large mixing bowl
► To that add 2 eggs, 2 tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce, 1 teaspoon of sea salt, 1 teaspoon of chili flakes, 1 teaspoon of coarsely ground black pepper, 1.5 cups of grated parmesan cheese, half a finely diced onion, 6 crushed garlic cloves, 1 teaspoon of dried oregano.
► Add your soaked bread crumb into the mixing bowl
► Mix loosely until combined and then roll into balls of your desired size
► Set your smoker to 320F and smoke your balls until they hit an internal temp of 120F
► Place the meatballs in a skillet and add in your favorite marinara sauce and chunks of buffalo mozzarella
► Place these back in the smoker until you hit an internal temp of 160F
► Top with some more freshly grated parmesan and enjoy!
